IFAP CLUB...I Finished A Project (IFAP)

Hey...now you can join the IFAP (I Finished A Project) club!  It cost nothing to join, just send us in a photo of your supplies all gathered together, and then a photo of the finished project!!!  Come on...how many of us will admit we have many UFO (un finished objects) lying around the house? Whether it's a quilt, jacket, or pillow,... finish it, and send us some photos.

Well, it was a wintry snowy day and I was bored....So I made this adorable wrap-around top from deep hunter green ultra suede fabric.  From start to finish, including pinning and cutting out, it took 5 hours. Notice in the pattern the sleeves are flat regular  set in sleeves.  I added extra to the sleeve top to make them "puffed" or "gathered" sleeves at the shoulder seam.   Cute huh?!

This fitted blazer was cut out and made quickly.  Eight darts were used on this blazer (6 in the front and 2 in the back) to give the look of Princess Seams.

Here's Heather pinning her pattern for her baby doll pajamas.  She used French seams to finish this project.

Remember to be part of the IFAP Club, you need to send us two photos; one of the supplies, or a photo showing you working on your project like shown above, and two; a photo of the finished project!

Sienna gathered blue denim fabric, pink fur, thread, a pattern, and buttons to make this adorable jacket. She used Flat-Felled Seams for this project. Here's a photo of her hand sewing the final steps of the project.

Those who send in photos are automatically part of the IFAP Club and will receive and official IFAP Club Button!  So send in your photos today.

What do you make your daughter for Halloween who just got her bar-tending certificate?  Why a renaissance German Bar Maid outfit of course...Don't worry... that's diluted coffee in the mugs, and it's an empty beer bottle that she borrowed from her Uncle for the photo!
