First and Foremost...
COMPLETE AND FOLLOW
ALL DIRECTIONS CAREFULLY
Fill out your address
completely, and follow all directions carefully. If you send
us an incomplete address, with no zip code, or state, or misspelled
city,...most likely, your awards WILL NOT get to you.
It is YOUR responsibility to fill out ALL the required
information and your full and complete address.
We have had many problems with
this in the past, please help us continue to be able to host these
contests by completing all your required information before mailing
us your forms, photos, and sketches.

1.Our sole purpose of
hosting contests is to encourage children, as well as adults,
to complete a project, be proud of their work, and display their work.
2.The judges' decision is
final.
3. Entry fees and
registration fees are non-refundable.
4.Once a deadline for a
contest is met (example, Dec 1, 2006), we allow 14 more days for the
mail to arrive before we begin judging. This means judging
would not take place until Dec. 15th 2006 OR LATER. This started
once we began accepting entries from all over the world. We must be
fair to everyone, and allow extra time for overseas mail to arrive,
providing it is postmarked by the deadline.
5.Since some of our contests have
as many as 500 or more entries, we can
not accept phone calls regarding questions like: What did I win?, Did I
win?, When will the awards be sent?, or anything of that nature. We can
not accept e-mails of that nature either. We do not have the staff nor the
time to answers such questions. If you have a question to the
matter of: Did you receive my photos, or sketches? Then you may
email us and we will check at our earliest convenience, and e-mail you
back.
6.In most cases, once the
judging is done, we then order the awards. The awards
take 2 - 3 weeks to come to us, then, we mail them to you.
PLEASE BE PATIENT in receiving your awards.
7. DO NOT SEND CASH,
personal check, M.O., made payable to: Love to Sew is what we will accept for an entry
fee. |
