Chadds Ford believes everyone is a winner, therefore in most contests that
we host every participant
receives an award ribbon. We host about 3 or 4 a
year and keep our
entry fees low so that everyone can enter. Your small entry fee
helps pay for awards, prizes, judges fees, and postage & mailing of awards. Our main emphasis is on encouraging
students to sew, craft,
quilt, and fashion design. To encourage everyone, adults as well as children, to complete a project, take
pride in it and in themselves, and to show their accomplishments.)

sewing quote or saying like "To Sew or Not to Sew? What a Stupid
Question." or "Sewing Saved My Life Once." We want to hear all the
sewing sayings you've got, found, or even ones that you made up! We
will be accepting them via
e-mail, or you can
twitter us your sayings anytime from February 1st through February
28th, 2010 |

| If approved, your
sewing saying will be placed on our new page on the site called,
"Sewing Quotes." Our 1st place winner gets a Mini Valentine quilt kit,
and 2nd place winner gets Valentine Hearts kit. Winners will be
placed on the new page on the site and the prizes will be mailed to
them. Any age may enter this contest. All you need to do is
email or twitter us your clever sewing sayings, and you may enter as
many sayings as you can think of. |
